After 15 years in the insurance industry, she transitioned into collision repair, where she found her passion for Lean business development. With experience spanning Aerospace, Marine, Insurance, Dealerships and Collision, Melanie now helps business owners to gain clarity, streamline administration operations, and drive measurable results through strategic coaching and continuous improvement.

Lenny grew up on a farm in Southern Alberta, where he learned about hard work and family values. He later shifted to the automotive industry, working at Concours Collision Centers in Calgary for 16 years. Starting as a Repair Technician, he advanced to the General Manager position, gaining expertise in Lean principles through hands-on experience. In 2016, he launched KaizenHub to help all businesses improve systems and culture. Lenny’s passion and dedication to Lean Kaizen continues to drive his desire to mentor and coach others at all levels of an organization.

With a systems-focused mindset and strong analytical approach, Mark understands how change affects performance and knows how to connect strategy to real-world execution — helping organizations move in the right direction.

Her varied experience has also given her an appreciation for teamwork and the role that clear processes play in achieving shared goals. Kellie brings strong attention to detail, a people-focused approach, and a versatile skill set to her role supporting the KaizenHub team and its clients.
